Appartamento Emo - Rome

We can now offer a good place for two to four people to stay in Rome.
The apartment is central being just 200 metres from a metro station. It is close to the Vatican wall and a short distance from the Vatican museums and the Sistine chapel. As well as the metro line there is a bus station with buses which pass the Vatican and go on across the river to the Corso Vittorio Emmanuele (for Campo dei Fiori, Piazza Tre Fontane, Pantheon etc).

There are restaurants and cafes quite close to the apartment and good views from the balcony.

There is one double bedroom and a double sofa-bed in the other room. There is a small balcony.

The kitchen is on a raised floor on one side of the sitting room. There is a four ring cooking hob and an electric oven, a fridge with small freezer and a coffee machine. The washing machine is on the balcony.

The bathroom is between the two rooms and has a shower, WC and bidet.

There is TV (local channels only) and a DVD player with some DVDs plus full CD hifi set up. There is a computer with wifi internet connection

Its on the top floor of the building - the one on the right in the top picture. This means there are four flights of stairs to walk up - no lift (elevator). We don't think it can be bettered for a short stay in Rome.

1 to 3 nights - £100 a night for up to two people, £125 for three or four.
4-6 nights - £80 a night for up to two people, £105 for three or four.
Weekly rate : £500 for up to two people and £600 for three or four.

There is a €100 (euro) damage deposit to be paid on arrival.
