There are steps from the loggia to the pool area. There are 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower, a bedroom with bunk beds and a further shower room/WC. |

| The pool area has sunloungers and there are tables and chairs for outside dining, there is a table tennis table and double carport. The garden around the house and pool has lawns, mature trees, shrubs and flowers and the grounds rise extensively through olives and woodland. |

Fonticchio di Sopra is at the end of a well-maintained 2.5km gravel road. It is a 15 minute drive to the villages of Mercatale and Lisciano Niccone.
The gym contains a multi-gym, rowing machine, eliptical cross-trainer, punch bag and free weights. |
