A superb estate on the hillside of the Niccone Valley set in wooded hills with views of ancient castles. Exclusive to the rented property are extensive lawned meadows and a superb large pool(14 by 7 metres) in a completly fenced area with great views of castles and mountains.
The organic farm, well away from the rented areas, has a shop/ restaurant in the valley where the road to the house meets the valley road and guests can have meals there at 10% discount.
The Farmhouse (upper floor of main building) is the home of the owners. They do not use any other part of the property which is solely for guest use.

The Cantina
The Cantina is the ground floor of the main building with a superb vaulted ceiling and its own wide covered terrace for al fresco meals and lawned garden. It has alcoves divided by full length curtains as desired. At the back is a double bed, the middle part has a double sofa bed, and the area near the terrace has spacious sitting and dining areas. A single bed is also available. TV with satellite reception.
The kitchen is off the main room and has cooker, fridge, table, utensils crockery etc. From this is a small hall and a large bathroom with 2 basins, WC, bidet, bath with hand shower, and an additional cloakroom with WC and basin. A room with washing machine is off the bathroom.
From the small hall is another bedroom with a double and a single bed. This has French windows to the garden. A further bedroom with small double bed (one and a half size) has an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower into the bath, WC, basin and bidet.
A cot and high chair are available if needed. |

Casa Ragazzi
 |
Casa Ragazzi is a separate house about fifty metres from the main building with its own fenced, lawned garden. Living room/kitchen with traditional fireplace; two bedrooms both with a double and a single bed. |

The bathroom has a shower. Very good quality house with plenty of space. Can sleep up to six.
The pool is 14 by 7 metres and is a fenced area away from the houses
with a view looking down on a Tuscan castle in the Florentine style.
