You can take price for equivalently sized villas as an indicator of quality, obviously, if your Tuscany Villa is more expensive than other vacation accommodation with the same number of bedrooms, the quality will be higher! Most of these villas are very close to the Tuscany Umbria border near Cortona, the beautiful Niccone Valley and Lake Trasimeno. However, one of the luxury Tuscany Villas, I Bassi, is nearer to the Tuscan city of Arezzo, although you can still be in Umbria very quickly.
