Casa degli Ulivi (House of the Olives) has the most magnificent position;
commanding stunning views all round the house of the Niccone valley, yet
is only minutes from a lively village. The ancient olive grove stretches
up to the still inhabited castle while to the West a 270 degree vista
of the surrounding valley and hills is dominated by the picturesque ruined
castle of Pierle. |
| Downstairs is a double bedroom and a twin room ( both
bedrooms have French windows), a bathroom with tub and shower, and a
cloakroom. Also downstairs is a large sunny sitting room with French
windows with stairs upto the kitchen/dining room which opens onto a
small loggia with external stairs down to the garden. |

The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge freezer,
oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave and ample eqiupment. Also upstairs
are 2 double rooms, a twin bedded room and two bathrooms one with washing
machine and tub, both with showers. All double beds are queen size.
The garden is all round the house and includes large lawned areas, an
ancient and beautiful olive grove, swimming pool: 6x12m. Barbecue and
plenty of outdoor furniture. |

There is easy access to the house from the tarmac road
where a well maintained gravel road passes an imposing castle before
arriving at Casa degli Ulivi (the gravel road is less than one kilometre).
